Vickie Elaine Humphrey of Mechanicsville Road, Clarion, went home to be with her Lord and Savior and her "grand mommie" on October 1, 2015 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, in Natrona Heights after an extended illness. She was 68 years of age. Born on March 4, 1947, in Gadsden, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Doris (Alldredge) Joiner. She was a caregiver and homemaker who found comfort in reading her Bible and enjoyed flowers and gardening. On September 12, 1991, she married Barry Humphrey, who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Billie Jo Remilus, of Indiana; two grandchildren, Justin and Lance; two step-daughters, Rhonda Sue Worry and her fianc, Victor Rizzo of Altoona, and Sherri Lynn (Allen) Robinson, of Whitmore Lake, MI; one step- grandson, Nate Turner; three brothers, Jimmie Joiner, David Joiner, and Stancel Joiner; one sister, Rita Maiale; numerous nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, 330 Wood Street in Clarion where friends and family will be received from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
