Vance A. Winsor Vance A. Winsor, a resident of Country Springs, Sligo, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on December 16, 2015. He was 54 years of age. Born on December 2, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was the son of the late Chesley and Shirley Winsor. He served his country as a member of the United States Coast Guard. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Winsor, of Clarion; his daughter, Desiree Winsor, and her fianc, Adam MacCready, also of Clarion; and his grandson, Jasper. Additional survivors include his brothers, Larry Winsor, Jerry Winsor, and Allen Winsor, all of Missouri; and a sister, Sonya Winsor, of Kansas. Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services and he will be buried at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
