Stella S. Stromyer, age 84 of Shippenville, PA. died December 10, 2019 at the Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on January 19, 1935 in Indiana County, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Carl and Bertha Mae Bartlebaugh Larson. Stella was married in Clarion to James W. Stromyer Sr who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and worked at O-I Glass Plant till 1969 along with working doing house work in Clarion area. Surviving are her children: Linda Wolbert of Brockway, James Stromyer Jr. (Joann) from Brookville, PA, Gary Stromyer of Shippenville and Barbara L. Belfiore (Walter) of Brookville;  Three brothers: Bert Larson (Nancy) of Hawthorn, PA, William Larson of Knox, Pa. and Gary Larson also of Knox, PA; Six sisters: Anna Wolbert - Ohio, Betty Buzard - Clarion, Ethel Stitt (James) - Cherry Run, Pa., Ellen Larson - Sligo, PA,  Alice Strauser (Richard) of Sligo, PA, Judy Strauser - Knox, PA. Also surviving are four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by a brother Lewis Larson, a sister Dorothy Limrick and a son in law, Vincent Wolbert. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and on Friday from 1:00 PM till time of services to be held at 2:00 PM at the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory, 330 Wood, St, Clarion. Interment will take place at the Cedarview Memorial Park in Strattanville, PA.
