Shawn Robert McCleary, 33, passed away at his home on May 24, 2018. Shawn was born on June 3, 1984 in Clarion. His parents are Kenneth E. McCleary and Anna (Schneider) Shufesky. Shawn was a carpenter who worked for several manufactured housing companies laying floors. He also worked at Zacherl's Farm Market. In his free time he enjoyed playing video games and being outdoors. He relaxed by fishing and hiking or just walking with his dog, Axel. Shawn is survived by his parents, father Kenneth E. McCleary and wife Linda, of Lucinda; and mother, Anna M. Shufesky and husband Daniel, of Shippenville. He is also survived by his brother, Chad McCleary of Williamsburg, a sister Donna Burton of Warren, and a niece Alexis McCleary of Clarion. Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. A celebration of Shawn's life will be held at a later date.
