Shannon L. Gilbert, 52, of Fryburg, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2024 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

She was born in Clarion on November 30, 1971 to Randy and Mary (Fesenmyer) Gilbert.

Shannon worked for 24 years at the First United National Bank in Fryburg. She was a loyal friend with a huge heart and feisty personality. She loved animals, traveling and was devoted to her family.

Shannon is survived by her parents Randy and Mary Gilbert of Fryburg; her sister Carol Garbarino Bauer of Fryburg and her children Zachary Garbarino and Kaden Bauer both of Clarion; her brother Scott Gilbert and his wife Tracy of Tionesta and his children Jade Gilbert of Tionesta and Slade Gilbert of Ft. Carson, Colorado. In addition, her good friend Kim Kroh and her husband Clay and Noma.

Shannon is preceded in death by her brother-in-law Graham Garbarino and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be private.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion.
