Obituary

Robert C. Heller, born on August 28, 1932, in Brookville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully from natural causes on December 16, 2025, in Clarion, Pennsylvania, at the age of 93.

Robert devoted many years of his life to his work as a mechanic and auto detailer at Johnson Motors in DuBois, where he was known for his dedication and skill. Robert proudly served in the United States Air Force for 15 years. Outside of his professional life, he enjoyed camping and spending winters in Florida, activities that brought him much joy and relaxation.

A man of faith, Robert was an active member of Knox United Methodist Church and also held membership with the Knox Masonic Lodge 550. His life was marked by his commitment to his family, faith, and work.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Edna M. Adams, who passed away on September 25, 2013; his son, Robert C. Heller Jr.; his sister, Sonja Holt; and three brothers, Alvin, Ed, and Dean Heller.

Robert is survived by his children: two sons, Alvin Heller of Brookville, PA, and Ronald Heller and his wife Marsha of St. Mary's, PA; two daughters, Kathy Hannold and her husband Ray of Brookville, PA, and Debra Dawson and her husband Jr. of Brookville, PA. He is also survived by two sisters, Betty Delong of DuBois and Rose Long of Irwin, PA; one brother, Gordon Holt and his wife Eva of Brookville; and a legacy of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will cherish his memory.

In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of Robert's life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the care of Goble Funeral Home & Crematory in Clarion.

Robert C. Heller's life was a testament to hard work, faith, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
