Phyllis Irene Baughman, age 76, of Clarion, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at Penn Highlands Brookville Hospital on February 27, 2018. She was born on June 9, 1941, the daughter of the late Arden O. and June (Burford) Baughman. She worked at Owens-Illinois Glass in Clarion and then volunteered with the Clarion County Historical Society. She was devoted to her family and taking care of them. She is survived by her brother, Larry A. Baughman, of Clarion. Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, 330 Wood Street in Clarion where visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Friday to be followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Randy Evans, Clarion-Forest VNA Hospice chaplain, officiating. Interment will be in Cedarview Memorial Park, Strattanville.
