Philip Kiser, 85, of Fort Myers and Shippenville, PA., died February 8, 2017 in Fort Myers, FL. Phil had been a funeral director in Florida since 1950 and former owner of Kiser Funeral Home. He was an avid golfer and softball player. He is survived by his six children, Theresa (Bob) Heath of Seneca, PA., Tim (Marcella) Kiser of FL., Ted (JoAnn) Kiser of Kennerdell, PA., Tina (Rick) Pavy of FL., Toni Kiser of WY., and Tammy (Mark) Reed of FL. He is also survived by his siblings Frank (Rita) Kiser of Shippenville, PA., Ronald (Sylvia) Kiser of Bird-in-Hand, PA., and Patricia Wood (Cliff – deceased) of Anacortes, WA. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Helen, in 2006 and his brother Herb (Eltie), and his parents John and Elsie. He has 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday from 7-9pm at Goble Funeral Home in Clarion, with a graveside service on Saturday at 10am at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Shippenville. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be given to your favorite charity.
