Patricia McSwain, aged 60, of Clarion, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in the town where she was born and raised.

Born on February 2, 1965, in Clarion, Patricia spent her life embodying strength, dedication, and love for her family and community.

Throughout her career in drafting, Patricia demonstrated remarkable skill and attention to detail. Her work was marked by precision and creativity, qualities that she brought into every aspect of her life.

Preceded in death by her beloved parents, Samuel Cherico Sr. and Florence Reynolds Cherico, and her brother Michael Cherico, Patricia now joins them in eternal peace.

Her legacy continues through her cherished family: her sons John McSwain, David McSwain, and Chris McSwain, all of Clarion; her daughter Mary Beth Lewis, also of Clarion; her brothers Samuel Cherico Jr. and Tony Cherico of Sligo; and her sisters Liz Servey of Sligo, Satie Wright of Colorado, and Mary Rizer of Marienville, PA. Patricia's memory will also be lovingly preserved by her eight adoring grandchildren.

The family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Patricia's life at a visitation on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM. Services will be held at Bethel Baptist Church in Sligo, officiated by Rev. Rob Hranicky. Interment will follow in the Clarion Cemetery, where Patricia will be laid to rest.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion.
