Melinda Sue Coultes, age 50, of Limestone, passed away unexpectedly following a brief illness at Clarion Hospital on August 5, 2016.
Born in Clarion on July 3, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Albert Lee Renninger and Bernice Reed. She was the step-daughter of the late Carl McClain.
Melinda graduated from Clarion Area High School and worked for several companies, but most enjoyed her job as a homemaker and mother. She loved canning fruits and vegetables, crocheting, watching NASCAR racing and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Melinda adored her family and her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She and her fianc were members of the Knight Cruisers car club in New Bethlehem.
Melinda is survived by sons, Benjamin Coultes and wife Jessica, and Jacob Coultes and wife Hollee, both of Vanderbilt, MI; her grandchildren, Dylan and Mya; her sisters, Melissa and Michelle; her step-brothers, Kevin and Jeff; and her fianc, Daniel Hornberger; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, 330 Wood Street in Clarion where visitation will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. on Wednesday to be followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Randy Evans, Clarion-Forest VNA Hospice Chaplain, officiating.
