Obituary

Mary L. McCamant, a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and beloved sister, passed away peacefully on Friday May 2, 2025. Mary Leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith.

Born to Raymond W. Faulkner and Iris L. Faulkner, both whom preceded her in death. Mary was also preceded in death by her loving sisters Carrie R. Kelly and Helen M. Haggerty. As well as her strong brothers Bill Faulkner, Edward Faulkner, and Franklin Walter Faulkner. Mary was a lifelong example of selfless love and Christian devotion. Mary was a gentle soul who touched everyone she met, whether through her work, her faith, or her dedication to her family.

Mary was a devout Christian who found great joy in fellowship with her church family. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life and a source of strength for those around her. She especially cherished time spent in worship and prayer, and she will be deeply missed within her spiritual community.

Mary dedicated over 20 years of her life to caring for others through her work at Clarion Hospital. Her compassion and commitment left a lasting impression on her colleagues and those she encountered.

Mary is survived by her cherished Nieces and Nephews, Hope L. Ford, Robert Haggerty, Raymond Kelly, April Faulkner, Ben Faulkner, Jason Faulkner, and Joshua Faulkner. Her loving siblings Lewis A Faulkner, Vivian Pearl Merryman; her caring daughter Cindy McCamant; and her beloved granddaughter, Jessica Chiarmonte. Mary also found immense joy during family gatherings and spending holidays surrounded by those she loved most. Her warmth, kindness, and joy will be deeply missed during these cherished times.

Mary's legacy is one of love, faith, and service. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She has instilled the Christian values of humility, love, and selflessness within the lives she has touched. Thank you, Mary, for your compassion and love, your time with all of us has been a blessing beyond what words can describe.

A Celebration of life will be announced and held at a later time.
