Laura Lou Eisenman passed away peacefully on Monday, 30 June 2025 after a short period of declining health.

Laura was born on the 29th of November 1947 in Brookville, PA. Laura was the only child of the late Katherine (Walters) Shoup who she adored and cherished.

Laura was married to the late Paul Royer. Together they had two children, Jeffrey P. Royer and Belinda L. Royer.

Laura married the late Maurice E. (Gene) Eisenman on the 24th of May 1974. Gene was the true love of her life and they spent 33 wonderful years together.

Laura was raised and spent most of her life in Clarion. She lived several years in Charlotte, NC but she always loved Clarion and returned to spend her final years here. Laura worked for many years at Chandler Dining Hall. She was a very social person and always enjoyed spending time with her lifelong friends and cousins.

Laura is survived by her son Jeffrey (Chrissy) Royer of Johnsonburg, PA and daughter Belinda Royer of Charlotte NC. One grandson, Jeffrey Wiant, three granddaughters, Jennifer (Larry) Reichard, Maddison (Shane) McLaughlin and Izabella Royer. Seven greatgrandchildren; Jordyn, Braelynn, Ava, Abby, Owen, Freyja and Lilyth.

Laura was also preceded in death by her granddaughter Allison Powell.

Funeral services will be private. Laura will be interred in the Clarion Cemetery beside her husband Gene.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion.
