Julia Reft, age 100, formerly of Aliquippa, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2023. She was born in Pittsburgh on October 21,1922 and was the youngest child of the late George and Anna (Chemerez) Holowchak. In addition to her parents, Julia was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Michael Reft in 2001, three brothers, George, Michael and John and two sisters, Catherine Grasky and Ann Shaginaw.

She is survived by two daughters, Marcie and her husband Henry Paliani of Moon Twp, and Susan and husband Rick Goble of Clarion. Also surviving are four grandchildren Loren and husband Ted Stewart, Jennifer Paliani and husband Nat Wetzel, Todd Goble, Michael and his wife Rachael Paliani.

Julia was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Aliquippa and St. Helene's Guild.

As per Julia's request, all services were private. Interment was held in the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery Aliquippa, PA.
