Hazel Irene Kroh Hazel Irene Kroh, age 86, formerly of Shippenville, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the Highland Hospital in Rochester NY. Ms. Kroh was born on October 27, 1925 in Shippenville, the daughter of Harry and Veda (Sheatz) Updegraff and was a graduate of Shippenville High School and the Franklin Business School. Ms. Kroh was employed at Owens-Illinois in Clarion for many years. On June 28, 1946 she was married to Robert C. Kroh who preceded her in death on June 7, 1999. Surviving are one daughter, Terrill (Kroh) Smith and her husband William of Webster NY, one son Todd Kroh and his wife Crystal of Apalachin NY, and two grandchildren, Bryan Kroh and his wife Erin of Pittsburgh PA, and Lauren Kroh of Apalachin NY. She was preceded in addition to her parents and husband by two brother's Gail Updegraff, Clair Updegraff and a sister Doris Updegraff Klingler. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 Am till time of funeral services at 11:00 AM. from the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion with the Pastor Wayne Sutton of the First Baptist Church in Sharpsville, PA. officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Shippenville.
