Elizabeth R. "Betty" Vogelbacher, of Lucinda, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024 surrounded by her family.

She was born March 13, 1943, to the late James T. and Edith R. Kennedy. She married the late Joseph A. "Joe" Vogelbacher on September 18, 1965, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Clarion, PA.

She is survived by her children, Barbara J. Eilers, her husband Jeff, and their children Conner and Andrew, Deborah J. Vogelbacher, Joseph J. Vogelbacher, and his significant other, Beth Albaugh. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara A. Kennedy, sister-in-law, Vicki Kennedy, and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James C. Kennedy.

During her marriage to Joe, Betty was an integral part of their family-owned business, Vogelbacher's Service Station. She was also a member of the St. Joseph Parish Rosary Society. She enjoyed quilting and was an avid crossword puzzler.

The family would especially like to thank Patty Ochs, Lois Smith, Dr. John Brooks and the countless others for the amazing care and love they provided to her.

As per family wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory in Clarion.
