Carol J. Kifer Carol J. Kifer, of the Fisher area, passed away on May 2nd, 2016. Carol was born on May 12, 1943 in Westmoreland County and lived most of her life in Clarion County. She was the daughter of Norman Delp, who passed away in 1995, and Luave (Bish) Delp, who survives. She married James H. Kifer on December 28, 1985. He survives. She finished her career as a R.N. working in various areas of the health care profession for 23 years. She enjoyed outdoor activities, family gatherings, and golfing with her friends at Pinecrest Country Club, where she was a member for several years. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived her two daughters, Pamela Sifinski, of Brookville, and Vicky McGinnis, also of Brookville; and two step-children, Debra Rankin, and her husband Craig, Limestone, and James Kifer, and his wife Brenda, of Rimersburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a sister, Rita Rupp and her husband Chuck "Chick" of Putneyville, a brother Gary L. Delp and his wife Sherry of Mayport, and a brother-in-law, Darl Crissman of New Bethlehem, a brother and sister in law Cherie and Tom Atkinson. Carol was preceded in death by her father, a brother, Larry Delp, and a sister, Joyce Crissman. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Center at Clarion Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Clarion, PA 16214 (www.clarionhospital.org). Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. A private service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
