Clair R. Best, age 83 of Pine St, Strattanville, PA. died 1/11/10 at the Golden Living in Shippenville, PA. He was born on 7/8/26 in Clarion, PA. Parents, John & Florence Best, both preceded him in death. There will be no services. The Goble Funeral Home & Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
